Approximately 2 hours east of the Bay of Biscay on the western coast of France is an area called
Queaux, Vienne, Poitou-Charentes. I have managed to trace a line of the Cole family to this area. Once I have more information I will post about them. Interesting how it seems the lines of the Brodys and Jordans now include Ireland, England, France and Canada.
